PREPARATION – for best results keep frozen until ready to prepare
Thawing Option 1
Remove the individual lunch kits from the cases to racks or trays, separating them slightly. Hold in the refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours prior to serving for complete thawing. Keep refrigerated until served.
Thawing Option 2
Place full cases in refrigerator for 48-72 hours prior to serving for complete thawing. Keep refrigerated until served.
