PREPARATION – for best results keep frozen until ready to use

Thaw & Serve:
Thaw cases under refrigeration for 24 – 48 hours.
Serve

For faster thawing, remove sandwiches from case, store on trays under refrigeration for 4- 6 hours.
Serve

Heat & Serve:
Thaw sandwich 1 day in advance under refrigeration.
Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Set fan speed to HIGH.
Place wrapped sandwiches on a sheet pan and place in preheated oven. Do not remove wrapper (wrapper is oven- safe).
Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Serve.

Note: cooking equipment, equipment settings, and kitchen conditions will vary so cooking time may need adjusting. Cook all food thoroughly to 165°F.

Holding: Hold wrapped sandwiches in moist warmer for up to 1 hour.
